Everything behind a two-second motion.
As simple at the counter as tapping a stamper on a phone; behind it, the records, the rewards and the count.
Stamping: a tap of the stamper
The customer holds out their phone and you touch the stamper on the counter to it. The card opens in the phone's own browser — no app to download. The first time takes a one-off sign-in with Apple, Google or a phone number; after that it takes seconds. The stamper has no battery, no plug and no pairing: the NFC tag inside works with the phone's own reader. When several items are bought, the barista picks the number on the till's QR code; you set the upper limit.
Location check
Every stamp taken by tapping lands only after the phone is confirmed to really be at the shop, and the same phone can't collect a second one within a waiting time you set. Saving the link and collecting stamps from home is not a thing.
No stamp counts twice
The same tap, the same QR code or a reload of the same page never writes a second stamp — the database decides that, not the app, even when two requests arrive at once.
Works without the stamper too
The dashboard's “Damga ver” screen shows a single-use QR code at the till; the customer scans it with their phone camera and the stamp lands. Or you scan the customer's own code. You can start on day one, while the stamper is still in the post, and phones without NFC collect stamps too.
Card design
The number of stamps, the reward text, the colour and the stamp icon are yours. Changes apply immediately — but a gift already earned keeps the reward it was earned with.
Reward ledger
When a card fills up, the gift is stored on the customer's phone and waits there. The moment it was earned and the moment it was handed over are recorded separately.
Staff
You invite a barista by name, without dealing with email addresses. Most stamps are taken by the customer tapping the stamper; when needed, the barista shows a QR code or scans the customer's code from the “Damga ver” screen, and who gave it is recorded. Remove someone and their access ends at that moment.
Statistics
New customers, the weekly and monthly stamp curve, which hours of the day are busy, how many cards are close to filling up. The things you cannot see from behind the till.
Announcements
Write an announcement in the dashboard and send it — it lands in the customer's inbox, and on their phone if they turned notifications on. You see who it went to and how many people it reached.
What is in the box?
- A counter stamper — in the colour you choose, free, and yours even if you cancel.
- A registered spare stamper — for when the main one is out of reach.
- The dashboard — card design, locations, staff, statistics.
Not yet
We are building these, but they are not here today — we say so on purpose, so you do not go looking for them after setup:
- A map showing nearby shops. For now they are listed on Keşfet (in Turkish).
- A card you can add to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Built, and switching on soon.
- Consecutive-visit streaks and streak rewards.
The customer's card is in Turkish. The merchant dashboard is in Turkish and English.
